Switch e-signature provider with no effort and pay half your current price

SignSafe is a tool for electronic document workflow and for collecting signatures from anyone, including people who have no other easy way to sign. Show us your current provider’s invoice or offer. We do the rest: analysis, configuration, REST API integration, testing and switch-over. You get the same feature set for half the price you pay today. If you use a qualified signature, we can connect it.

Switching provider to SignSafe means moving from Autenti, Pergamin, DocuSign, Adobe Sign or another document workflow and signature collection tool, for the flow of sending, signing, status and return, also through a REST API. With an API we do practically everything. The customer gets the same feature set at 50% of their current price. Where a qualified signature is used, we can connect it.

Offer for API customers and companies switching providers

Paying a competitor for e-signatures? We will offer 50% of that price.

We deliver the identical feature package you use today with Autenti, Pergamin, DocuSign or Adobe Sign, at a price 50% lower than your current one. Just show us an invoice or offer from your current provider. We take care of the rest.

−50%off your current price

The identical feature package at the identical price minus 50%. Offer on presentation of your current provider’s invoice or offer; terms are agreed individually.

What usually gets in the way

The e-signature bill grows with the company

Per-document or per-seat pricing pushes cost up even though you still use the same few features.

You fear that a switch will stall document flow and absorb your team’s time

In signature-based processes a pause means stalled contracts, and a migration project sounds like work on your side, so a switch gets postponed even when the offer no longer pays off.

You are not sure the new tool will cover what you need

Without checking what you really use, it is easy to buy too much or miss a requirement such as a qualified signature, which we can connect.

What you get

We do it

How it works

Review the invoice or offer

You send us your current provider’s invoice or offer. We analyse it and check what you really use.

Feature scope and limits

We map the flow of sending, signing, status and return against what SignSafe offers. If any document needs a qualified signature, we can connect it in SignSafe. A notarial deed cannot be signed this way.

Test in the trial period

You try SignSafe on your own documents in the free trial period, also in parallel with your current provider (to be agreed), without dropping your current tool.

REST API integration, if you use one

We configure and build the integration with your system, then test the whole flow. You give access to the integration point and accept the tests.

Switch over

We switch new documents over to SignSafe. We also help with migrating documents and the archive.

What you can do

  • Assess the current provider’s invoice or offer
  • Map the features used in the send, sign, status and return flow
  • Test SignSafe in the trial period
  • Move automated sending to the SignSafe REST API
  • Prepare document templates for continued use

Who it is for

  • Companies paying for Autenti, Pergamin, DocuSign, Adobe Sign or another tool today who want a lower bill
  • Teams that mainly use sending a document, signing, status and returning the file from a large tool
  • Companies with their own system that want to move automated document sending to the SignSafe REST API without tying up their own developers for the whole switch
  • People whose contract with the current provider is ending and who are comparing offers

Switching provider with no effort on your side

With a REST API integration, switching provider is light and very simple, because we do practically everything: analysis, configuration, integration, testing, switch-over, and help with migrating documents and the archive.

What we do

  • analyse your current provider’s invoice or offer,
  • configure SignSafe for your process,
  • build the REST API integration with your system,
  • test sending, signing and returning the document,
  • switch new documents over to SignSafe,
  • help with migrating documents and the archive.

What you do

  • show the invoice or offer,
  • give access to the integration point,
  • accept the tests.

Integration details: API integration. An example from practice: the R2T rollout, where signing of contracts with temporary workers (contrat de mission) and with agency clients (contrat de mise à disposition) was integrated with R2T’s dedicated system for running a staffing agency.

The same feature set for half the price you pay today

For the flow most companies use, that is sending a document for signature, the recipient signing, tracking status and returning the signed file, including through the API, SignSafe offers the same feature set as Autenti, Pergamin, DocuSign and Adobe Sign. We start with a review: you show an invoice or offer and we check which features you really use.

The recipient signs by hand with a finger on the screen in a minute, with no registration and no app: a phone and internet are enough. You can send a document to many people, use a contact list, templates with fields to complete and signature notifications. Details: sending documents, filling in documents.

The 50% offer: how it works

API customers and companies switching provider get a 1:1 offer, as with the competition: the same feature set at a price 50% lower than your current provider’s. We guarantee it, calculated from the amount on the invoice or offer you show.

For comparison: the SignSafe standard plan costs 69 PLN net per month, with full access and 1 GB for documents, and you can cancel at any time. API access is priced individually. Write to us for a quote.

What about the documents you already hold with your current provider

Documents signed earlier are yours. Before you drop the current tool, check in its terms how long and on what basis you can download your documents. That concerns your contract with them, not with us.

We help with everything, including migrating documents and the archive. Tell us at the start what you want to move and we will agree how. From a chosen day we route new documents to SignSafe.

The qualified signature when you switch

A signature placed in SignSafe is a handwritten signature. According to the legal opinion of the law firm Gałecki and Associates of 21 August 2023 it meets the written form, and in its effects it is equivalent to a qualified electronic signature (both preserve the written form). Our own handwritten signature is, however, not a qualified electronic signature.

Customers of DocuSign, Autenti, Adobe Sign or Pergamin often use a qualified signature. If your documents need only the written form, the handwritten SignSafe signature is sufficient according to that opinion. If some acts require a qualified electronic signature (for example the electronic form under Art. 78¹ of the Civil Code), we can connect it in SignSafe. A notarial deed cannot be replaced this way. This is a summary of an opinion, not legal advice; if in doubt, consult a lawyer. The full discussion, with the opinions to download, is in legal security.

If you use a specific provider, see: Autenti, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Pergamin.

Security and legal basis

A SignSafe signature is a handwritten signature and meets the written form (G&A legal opinion, 2023); as a fallback it is valid in documentary form.

Our own handwritten signature is not a qualified electronic signature. Where a qualified electronic signature is required (for example the electronic form under Art. 78¹ of the Civil Code), we can connect it in SignSafe. A notarial deed remains out of scope.

Service data is stored on servers in the European Union (OVH hosting).

For business and API customers we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR).

Legal nature of a signature placed by hand on the touch screen of an electronic device

A signature placed in SignSafe is a handwritten signature, and a declaration of intent signed in the app meets the requirements of written form. If the signature did not qualify as handwritten, the declaration is still valid in documentary form. In legal effect it is equivalent to a qualified electronic signature: both preserve written form.

Customer reviews

“SignSafe has significantly improved how we sign contracts with employees and clients. Because documents can be signed remotely, with no need to come to the office in person, recruitment and hiring have become more efficient and less time-consuming. The tool is fully compliant with legal regulations, which gives us confidence that all contracts are fully binding. It is an ideal solution for the temporary-work industry, where operational efficiency is crucial.”
Michel T.R2T — temporary employment agency
“With SignSafe we can sign real-estate brokerage agreements and reservation agreements with clients remotely, which speeds the process up considerably. Confirming terms with prospective buyers is quick and convenient, even with people abroad. It is one of the few tools that lets you sign a reservation agreement online, removing the need for in-person meetings.”

Frequently asked questions

Will switching provider be burdensome?

No. With an API integration we do practically everything: we analyse your invoice or offer, configure SignSafe, build the integration, test and switch over. On your side there is showing the invoice or offer, access to the integration point and accepting the tests.

Is the integration through a REST API?

Yes. We build the integration with your system through a REST API. We make the REST API documentation available on request for an offer.

Do I get the same feature set for half the price?

Yes, for sending, signing, status and returning a document, also through the API. On showing an invoice or offer from your current provider we prepare a 1:1 offer: the same feature set at a price 50% lower than your current provider’s.

How do I switch my e-signature provider to SignSafe?

Show us your current provider’s invoice or offer and we do the rest: we check the feature scope, configure SignSafe, agree and build the integration, test it with you and switch new documents over.

How much will I pay after switching?

The price will be 50% lower than your current provider’s for the same feature set, on showing an invoice or offer. The standard plan is 69 PLN net/month, and the API is priced individually.

Has anyone already moved to SignSafe with an API integration?

R2T, a temporary employment agency, did the rollout: it signs contracts with temporary workers (contrat de mission) and with agency clients (contrat de mise à disposition), integrated with R2T’s dedicated system for running a staffing agency.

Can SignSafe handle the qualified signature I use with my current provider?

Yes, we can connect a qualified signature. SignSafe’s own handwritten signature is not qualified: it is handwritten and, according to the 2023 G&A legal opinion, meets the written form. Where a qualified electronic signature is required, we connect it in SignSafe. It does not replace a notarial deed.

Will I keep the integration with my system?

Yes, SignSafe has a REST API for sending from your system and returning signed documents. We build the integration, with support at every stage of the rollout.

What about documents I already signed with my previous provider?

We help with migrating documents and the archive, and we agree the scope at the start. Also check the download terms in your contract with the previous provider.

Can I test SignSafe before I drop my current tool?

Yes. There is a free trial period at the start in which you can try SignSafe on your own documents without dropping your current tool. The trial can also run in parallel with your current provider, to be agreed.
