How do I rebuild forms and templates in SignSafe?

You do not have to rebuild forms from scratch: you upload a PDF and we apply SignSafe markers in the places where signatures go, replacing the signatures (PDF import). You can also create a template by pasting the document text from a word processor. You mark the places to complete, choose a data type for each field, such as a date, an ID number or text, and mark signature places. The number of templates is not limited, so you can move your whole set of forms. The recipient gets a document with fields, fills them in on a phone and signs, and the finished PDF comes back to you.

How much will I pay after moving from Adobe Sign?

On showing an Adobe Sign invoice or offer we prepare a 1:1 offer, as with the competition: the same feature set at a price 50% lower than your current provider’s. For small scale there is the standard plan at 69 PLN net per month, with full access and 1 GB for documents, and API access is priced individually.

The qualified signature and the archive

For documents that need only the written form, a handwritten SignSafe signature is sufficient (G&A legal opinion, 2023). Our own handwritten signature is not a qualified electronic signature, but where one is required (for example the electronic form under Art. 78¹ of the Civil Code), we can connect it in SignSafe. A notarial deed cannot be replaced this way. This is a summary of an opinion, not legal advice. Switching from Adobe Sign with no effort on your side

If you send PDFs from your own system, we do the REST API integration: we configure SignSafe, connect it to your system, test, switch new documents over and help with migrating the archive. Security and legal basis

A SignSafe signature is a handwritten signature and meets the written form (G&A legal opinion, 2023). Our own handwritten signature is not qualified, but where a qualified electronic signature is required, we can connect it.

Service data is stored on servers in the EU (OVH hosting), and business customers sign a data processing agreement.

Legal nature of a signature placed by hand on the touch screen of an electronic device

A signature placed in SignSafe is a handwritten signature, and a declaration of intent signed in the app meets the requirements of written form. If the signature did not qualify as handwritten, the declaration is still valid in documentary form. In legal effect it is equivalent to a qualified electronic signature: both preserve written form.
