How much does SignSafe cost?
The standard plan costs PLN 69 net per month, billed monthly, with no yearly commitment. It includes full access to the service with no limit on documents or signatures, and 1 GB of cloud storage. One account is enough. API access is priced individually.
What if 1 GB of document storage is not enough?
We can connect SignSafe to an external drive or to the customer’s server so documents are stored on your side. Terms are agreed individually in the offer.
Is there a limit on documents or signatures in the PLN 69 plan?
No. The plan does not cap the number of documents sent or signatures placed. It only limits storage: 1 GB.
How does the price compare with Autenti and DocuSign?
At 100 documents a month SignSafe costs PLN 828 net a year, while the public price lists of Autenti and DocuSign come out many times higher because they use document limits, annual plans or charges for sending above the limit. The full calculation with sources is on the price comparison page.
How much does an e-signature cost for several hundred documents a month?
The same as for a few: the standard plan costs PLN 69 net per month and does not limit the number of documents sent or signatures placed. The only limit is storage (1 GB), and when it is not enough we can connect the customer’s drive or server. For very large volumes and a system integration we agree API access with an individual quote.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can use SignSafe free of charge during a trial period and test every feature before you decide on a subscription.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel the subscription at any time at no cost.
Do the people who sign documents pay too?
No. A signer does not pay, does not create an account and does not install an app. Only the company or person sending the documents pays.
How do I pay?
By payment card or bank transfer through the payment operator Tpay. API customers can agree other settlement terms.
How much does the API cost?
API access is priced individually, depending on scale and the scope of the integration. If you use Autenti, Pergamin, DocuSign or Adobe Sign and show us an invoice or offer, we prepare an offer at 50% of your current price.
Is the price net or gross?
Prices are net. VAT is added in line with the applicable regulations.
