How to move from Pergamin in stages

The safest approach is not to change everything at once. Pick one process, for example a contract for new people or a set of consents, and send it through SignSafe in the free trial period while the rest of your documents keep going the usual way. When you see recipients signing without trouble and documents returning where they should, you move further processes.

Staff and client contracts: what to check

Typical contracts in staffing agencies and HR are service agreements, declarations and consents. These are examples of use, not a guarantee for every document. The customer uploads their own document templates. A SignSafe signature is handwritten and, according to the 2023 G&A legal opinion, meets the written form. Our own handwritten signature is not a qualified electronic signature, but where one is required (for example the electronic form under Art. 78¹ of the Civil Code), we can connect it in SignSafe. Security and legal basis

A SignSafe signature is a handwritten signature and meets the written form (G&A legal opinion, 2023). Our own handwritten signature is not qualified, but where a qualified electronic signature is required, we can connect it.

Documents with personal data are stored on servers in the EU (OVH hosting), and for business customers we sign a data processing agreement.

A signature placed in SignSafe is a handwritten signature, and a declaration of intent signed in the app meets the requirements of written form. If the signature did not qualify as handwritten, the declaration is still valid in documentary form. In legal effect it is equivalent to a qualified electronic signature: both preserve written form.
